'Santa Claus' the 'Chief Operating Officer'

What shall be your reaction if 'Chief Operating Officer' of your company comes to your office dressed as 'Santa Claus' & greets you. Yes, you may be surprised but 80-odd employees of Rabo India Finance company were rather amused when their 'COO', Mr. Geert Embrechts entered the Mumbai office of the company, dressed as 'Santa Claus'. Employees were equally surprised to see two other MDs also with the 'Santa Claus' giving away the gifts and shouting a Merry Christmas.
