Hrithik Roshan & Aishwarya Rai face court action for 'Dhoom 2' Kissing Scene

Indian cinema stars Hrithik Roshan & Aishwarya Rai are to face legal trouble for a kissing scene from a Bollywood movie - 'Dhoom 2', in which they have acted. Case has been filed by Shailendra Dwivedi of Indore, near Bhopal, the capital of central Madhya Pradesh state in India.

Hrithik Roshan is a leading actor in Hindi film industry - Bollywood, while Aishwarya Rai is also a popular actress in Bollywood & Americans are waiting to see her in Hollywood films too! She has lots of fans in the USA too & she was also a former Miss World.

As per Shailendra Dwivedi such a scene is obscene , vulgar & has lowered the dignity of Indian women and gave an obscene message to the youth of India. "Bollywood actors are conveying vulgarity in the society," Dwivedi told Media. "These films cannot be watched with our families, they are so vulgar at times."

A local court has accepted the Dwivedi's petition to punish the actors for encouraging obscenity and said it would hear the petitioner on December 11.
