CHENNAI - Tamil Nadu: It's virtually a jungle out there. Karthikeyan, a resident of Selvavinayagar Koil Street in West Mogappair, had a brush with death on Wednesday night when he reached out to pick up a shoe in his house. To his shock, he found a snake popping its head out. He called up the Velachery animal rescue and rehabilitation centre which rushed its personnel to the house. Boy paraded naked for stealing

As per Sify news, a 14-year-old boy in Indian capital New Delhi was paraded naked with ‘I am thief’ written on his stomach and back in Dwarka area of the capital for allegedly stealing a dress from a boutique where he worked.

The victim was garlanded with shoes and paraded naked in the Sector 6 market of Dwarka in southwest Delhi by shopowner Pinky Sarkar, according to a complaint the victim's mother Urmila Shankar filed with the police.
