Boy paraded naked for stealing
As per Sify news, a 14-year-old boy in Indian capital New Delhi was paraded naked with ‘I am thief’ written on his stomach and back in Dwarka area of the capital for allegedly stealing a dress from a boutique where he worked.
The victim was garlanded with shoes and paraded naked in the Sector 6 market of Dwarka in southwest Delhi by shopowner Pinky Sarkar, according to a complaint the victim's mother Urmila Shankar filed with the police.
