Big Fat Dog Wedding - 5000 People Attend It

In Uttar Pradesh state of India, in Kaushambi district, 5000 People Attended the Big Fat Dog Wedding. The wedding was done as per prevailing Hindu rituals.

Guests made merry & danced to the Indian songs and local feast was served to the people. The Dog 'groom' Shagun belonged to Basant Tripathy, while the 'bride' Shaguniya belonged to Jung Bahadur.

Stray dog delays landing of largest plane Airbus A380 at IGI Terminal-3

Airbus A-380 of Emirates Airlines on Thursday landed at the new Terminal-3 of the IGI airport here, proving its capacity to handle commercial operations of the world's largest aircraft.
However, the occasion was marred by the straying of a dog in the apron area of the terminal, delaying the docking of the super-jumbo plane with the aerobridge by half an hour.

Man eats street dog's heart after being bitten

A labourer in Jharkhand, who was bitten by a street dog, killed the animal, cut out its heart and ate it to protect himself from rabies.

Thiruvananthapuram (Kerala): Kallumooti the Dog is a real favourite among auto-rickshaw drivers at the railway station and the adjoining bus stop in the Kerala capital. The dog is good at soliciting passengers for them, especially at night.

Everyday the five-year-old stray dog arrives in front of the railway station around dusk and is on duty till early morning, barking to attract the attention of those alighting from trains and buses.
