Aeroplane grounded in Delhi as Rats run riot

As per a report:

Rats forced the grounding of an Air India aircraft that arrived in New Delhi from Kolkata as the plane was taken to a remote bay for fumigation. The crew of the Airbus A-321, operating flight AI-021 from Kolkata, found a rat in the rear of the aircraft, airline sources said. Dog-hit grounds Plane

It's common to hear about bird-hits with the planes. But this time in Bangalore city in Karnataka state of India, though, it was a black dog that hit an airline . A Kingfisher Airlines aircraft readying for takeoff for Hyderabad was grounded as it hit a dog that darted across the runway at HAL airport. "While passengers face multilayered checks at IGI, one of the city's ultra-high-security zones, a minor boy found easy access into the airport by jumping over a wall. Every time you board an aircraft, you hear the standard pre-takeoff announcement of overhead oxygen masks falling in case of fall in cabin pressure. Most passengers feel this will never happen and don’t pay attention to it, but a recent Air India flight from Delhi to Mumbai flew all the way with the masks hanging over the heads of passengers.

The bizarre incident, a serious breach of established safety procedures, took place on AI’s Boeing 747 as it winged its way from Delhi to Mumbai on February 4. When Flier opened plane's emergency door

Around 9.40 am on Thursday, Luv settled into Kingfisher Airlines seat 12 A. His brothers plonked themselves next to him while his parents took the seats across the aisle. Flying for the first time, the excited brothers began fidgeting around. A lever next to the seat drew Luv's attention. On it was a sticker that screamed 'Pull Me' in bright red.

Luv did just that. Immediately, a section of the aircraft wall flung open, leaving a gaping hole next to the seat. The suddenness of the event surprised Luv and his brothers.
