'Tsunami' & 'Water Goddess of Sea'

Two years ago tsunami hit the south Asian coastal cities, in which thousands of people were killed. In India government has recently installed 'pre tsunami warning system' also. But what would you call to people who consider that it was the wrath of 'Water Goddess' who did all this havoc to them.

To please water goddess, fishing community of Peda Jalaripeta beach in south India did prayers to the water goddess not to show her anger again & to ensure peace and prosperity in future in their lives.
