Postmen to collect Traffic fines too in Delhi

Police in India's Capital city New Delhi have roped in the services of over 3,000 postmen of 439 post offices including 12 head post offices to make the traffic prosecution more effective and "friendly". The violators can also deposit fines in the select head post offices.
