Earlier a Hindi film had come 'Dil Se'- where Shahrukh Khan and Malaika Arora sang a song 'Chaiya Chaiya' on the roof top a moving train. O.K. that was a film & all types of permissions might have been taken for filming such a song on the roof top a moving train. But what would you call to a live show organized by Indian Railway Minister 'Lalu Prasad Yadav' on the roof top a moving train. Yes , as per one report on the Zee TV, On the occasion of inaugurating a Railway track at ' Sasaram' in Rohtas District of Bihar in India, 'Lalu Prasad Yadav' organized such a live show of cultural program on the roof of a running train.

During all this cultural show, 'Lalu Prasad Yadav' was sitting in a special compartment, while women dancers dressed in colorful attires gyrated on the folk tunes on the top of his train. Local people thronged alongside the rail track to see all this dance. News is that Railway Minister did pay handsome to the women dancers. Whether it was a gimmick by Railway Minister 'Lalu Prasad Yadav' to attract attention by the media, is debatable but certainly, putting the safety of all the dancers to risk by letting them dance on a running train, is certainly a safety violation, for which Railway Minister is answerable.
