If there is one person who is causing maximum harm to 'Cola' companies in India, it is 'Baba Ramdev'. He is the renowned Yoga Guru in India & widely acclaimed for his Yoga practices abroad also. Now as per one report, he says that 'Colas' & all such carbonated soft drinks should be treated as toilet cleaners & he advises Indians to drink only fruit juice and milk to keep diseases away. His logic is that these carbonated colas have a low 'ph' i.e. these are acidic in nature & this acidic nature of such drinks with carbonation ( CO2 gas) in it, cause great harm to one's body system. As all such drinks are acidic in nature, he says that these are good only for cleaning Toilets ( many people use acids to clean their toilets in india).

As per one statement of Baba Ramdev, 'Cold drinks have no place in our society, they are basically toilet cleaners. You must get over this western fast food and cold drinks culture.' Already a few south Indian states in India have banned these 'Colas' & 'Junk food' in schools. Indian society which is mad with this Yoga Guru & his Yoga practices, gives much weight to his words. It seems that he wants to hit hard at Coke & Pepsi who are major brands for all such products in India.
