India Shining but Unemployment Abounds

Though we have seen that India is growing economically at 8-10% of yearly GDP growth but Unemployment still Abounds in every walk of life in India. Here in Chandigarh Station you can see the crowd of people who came for an exam conducted by Railway Recruitment Board. Interestingly, there are only 28 posts & 16,515 people came for the exam in Chandigarh.
