"A 50-plus woman will have to face criminal prosecution for bigamy after 28 years of her marriage as a court in New Delhi has refused to drop the charges against her. Additional Sessions Judge S P Garg, however, observed that there seemed to be an "ulterior" motive of her husband to claim, after being in relationship for over two decades, that she was not legally divorced from her first spouse."
