Bikaner (Rajasthan): Bikaner locals dressed up in different garbs and played a unique soccer match on the occasion of ‘Holi’, the festival of colours.

‘Phalgunya Football Match’ at the Pushkarna stadium is organized every year in the city.

Manoj Sharma, a participant, said, “We have been organizing this ‘Phalgunya Football’ match in Bikaner for many years, and in this match participants are dressed up in different attires, as you can see me along with two others have come here as three idiots.”

“But these three idiots are not of the modern era, they belong to the ancient period, who spread a message to save water, save electricity and save water, as the absence of these can bring the world to an end,” he added. More at: Bikaner organises a unique football match on Holi
