When Dogs Closed Down Schools, Colleges in Town

Bhubaneswar (Orissa): All educational institutions including schools and colleges are closed for three days in an Orissa town after stray dogs went on a rampage and attacked dozens of its residents, police said.

College to levy Rs 100 fine for bunking
