Courts asks Cow & its Calf to be produced in Court

New Delhi: A legal issue became an obstacle between a cow and its calf when a Delhi Court Monday refused to pass an order on a plea seeking release of the cow from the custody of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) to suckle the calf. Live Chicken eating Calf

In India where Cows are considered Holy & are worshipped like God, what shall you say when the calf of a cow eats chicken. Here in Chandpur village, about 240 km (150 miles) northwest of capital Kolkata in West Bengal state of India, a farmer Ajit Ghosh was puzzled when his chickens started disappearing. In all 48 chickens went missing in a month. Later on he was shocked to see that one calf of theirs was eating chickens alive.

The farmer and his calf have become local celebrities in the village & people have flocked to the farm to see for themselves such a calf. The man and his cow have been on Indian TV after the news spread.
