Thieves stop Burglaries as Mercury dips

The long drawn chilly spell in the city of Ahmedabad in Gujarat state of India may have a bright side to it after all. Burglars too are not venturing out.

Crime trends over the past few days record a phenomenon that could only be attributed to the chill-effect.
