What should Children do if a small river comes in their way on going to school. Simply, either go through the Bridge on the river or take a boat to cross the river. But what if there is no Bridge or Boat to cross the river??????? Yes in Narela Hanumant Village in Bhopal in Madhya Pradesh State of India, that is the case. There children going to their school have to cross a small river but for these helpless children, there is no Bridge or Boat available to go to the school. So what is the way out. To solve the problem Villagers over here have actually tied two metal wires/ropes across the river. On one metal wire/rope, children walk while holding the other metal wire/rope which hangs at one meter above the bottom one. This way, walking slowly on the rope while holding the above rope, they cross the river & go to the school.

There is every chance that a child looses balance while walking on the rope & falls into the river but administration is keeping blind eye on the whole matter & is putting the lives of such children at risk. It is high time that local administration makes some Bridge over the river or provides some peddle boats to the villagers.
