It's all about Lord Ganesha

Today is Lord Ganesha's day in India & Happy "Ganesh Chaturthi" to all. Now here are interesting stories related to that. On this day Hindu God "Lord Ganesha" is worshipped in the form of Idols, some of them are so big & costly that this time one Ganesh idol in Mumbai was insured for Rs.26.5 millions.

In another case: A Bangalore-based painter's love for Ganesha is taking him to different parts of India hunting for idols and images of the elephant-headed god. In three years he has gathered 30,000 pieces. His aim is to take the collection to 100,000 in the next seven years. Anyway God is God & devotion to God is good thing only, some people leave all their material possesions in search of God, here the guy is just collecting Lord's Idol. Hey, salute to you for your devotion to Lord Ganesha.

She will turn three on Nov 2, but little Asthajitananda Bordoloi from Assam has already etched her name in history by cutting a musical album under the banner of HMV Saregama India Ltd.
