GAYA: College teachers of Gaya along with the sanitary staff have been assigned the job of 'cleaning toilets' during 'Pitrapaksha' 2012. According to a letter issued by the district panchayati raj officer, the housing in charge for the pilgrims, college principals have been directed to depute teachers on eight-hourly rotation basis for cleaning toilets during the pilgrimage season.
