Boy freed from Cage

Nagaon: Kapil Saikia (7) the youngest son of Babul Saikia and Shewali Saikia of Samdhara Village under Kaliabor sub division in Nagaon district of Assam, India was rescued by NSUI activists recently who had been confined to a bamboo made cage for more than 4 years.
