ohh...my father uses it too...he gives a stupid excuse that the paste doesnt go inside the body...i rinse my mouth....yes and tension is another excuse of him...there are other healthy options available...

Worst thing ever made...My dad uses it twice a day and we convince him so much to stop it as it can cause mouth ulcers but this toothpaste has so much addiction that he is not able to stop. The company ipco is the worst and if I meet its owner once then he would see what bad deeds he has done in his life. He will definitely go in hell
