100 sit-ups for coming late to office

What if you come late to your office by few minutes? What punishment should be given for coming late to office? Here in Gaya district of India an interesting case has come, where an IAS probationer ordered a class-III employee to perform 100 sit-ups, 'uthak baithak' for coming late to office by a few minutes. Poor 'Akhauri Sushil' failed to complete the 100 sit-ups for which he was subjected to further harassment and humiliation.

After suffering all such humiliation 'Akhauri Sushil' has filed a criminal case under Sections 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) against Devesh Sehra, the concerned IAS probationer who harassed the poor employee. Read more.........Criminal case filed against IAS probationer
