In a shocking incident in Chandigarh, after seeing the disappointing performance of the Indian cricket team, an argument ensued between a Punjab police ASI & another Local. In the shocking incident, Punjab police ASI banged a two-and-a-half-year-old nephew of the Local on the ground. The injuries has proved fatal for the infant................Punjab cop hurls infant to death after argument.
