For disliking food - Man kills guest

In a weird incident, a man in a Madhya Pradesh village in India killed his guest because he did not like the food his mother had cooked.

The victim's body, bearing injury marks inflicted by a sharp-edged weapon, was found by police in the fields in Phanda village, on the outskirts of Bhopal in Madhya Pradesh state of India.

Police traced and arrested Ramesh, the owner of the axe used in the killing. He later confessed to have killed the victim, who is still to be identified as his face was disfigured. He said that he met a stranger (the victim) at a teashop outside the village. The stranger was in search of transportation for going to Sehore district. Since it was very late in the night and no transport was available, Ramesh invited the victim to have dinner at his house and later killed him,' said Assistant Superintendent of Police Deepak Verma.

While having dinner the victim apparently refused to eat as he didn't like the taste of the food, which had been cooked by Ramesh's mother. This led to an altercation between them and Ramesh attacked him with an axe, resulting in his death.
